Recipe - Italian Angel Food

Vanilla ice cream
1 ounce Frangelico (Italian liqueur)
1 ounce Amaretta (Italian liqueur)
1 ounce Vodka
Whipped cream
Longstemmed cocktail glass
Using a blender, combine 2 or 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, Frangelico,
Amaretta & vodka. Blend at high speed 10 seconds. Pour into a 6oz cocktail
glass, decorate top with whipped cream & a cherry, and serve with a straw.
Delicious.
