Recipe - Italian-Style Walleye

6 Walleye fillets (about 1 1/2
pounds)
15 ounce Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
One half teaspoon Dried basil
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
4 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Place walleye in a greased shallow 3quart or 13in. x 9in. x 2in. baking
dish. Combine tomato sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, salt and
pepper; pour over the fish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 510 minutes longer or until fish
flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 46 servings.
