Recipe - Italian-Style Oven Dinner

1 Red bell pepper, cut or sliced up
1 Green bell pepper, cut or sliced up
1 cn Italian peeled toamtoes,
drained and cut up (28 oz)
1 pound Italian sausage, cut in 2"
chunks
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Chicken, 3 pound, cut up
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
One half teaspoon Black pepper
Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle
with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15
minutes, until tender, basting frequently.
Makes 68 servings.
