Recipe - Italian-Seasoned Breaded Vegetables

1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread
crumbs
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
6 cup Assorted vegetables, such
as
Broccoli florets,carrot
sticks, mushrooms,
Green or red pepper strips,
yellow squash
And/or zucchini strips
Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag,
shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add vegetables and
shake to coat. Add mayonnaisecoated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb
mixture; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so
that pieces do not touch. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 to 8
servings.
