Recipe - Israeli Humus Spread

1 cn Chick peas
One half cup Tahini
1 Chopped onion
4 tablespoon Lemon juice (fresh); (4 to
5)
One half tablespoon Olive oil; (extra virgin)
4 Garlic cloves; crushed (4 to
5)
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend chick peas in blender until smooth. Combine all ingredients with
chick peas. Chill One half hour. Correct seasonings to taste.
