Recipe - Island Fruit Punch

2 One fourth cup Orange juice
1 cup Pineapple juice
One half cup Light rum
One fourth cup Fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon Grenadine syrup
Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher; stir well, and chill. Fill 4
glasses with orange juice mixture. Slowly pour 1One half teaspoons grenadine
syrup down inside of each glass (do not stir before serving). Yield: 4 cups
(serving size: 1 cup).

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 7mg Sodium
NOTES : For a nonalcoholic punch, omit rum, and use 2One half cups orange juice
and 1One fourth cups pineapple juice.
