Recipe - Island Baked Beans

2 cn Baked beans; (14 oz)
1 cn Sliced pineapple; (19 oz),
drained (reserve juice)
One half cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
1/3 cup Rum or reserved pineapple
juice
One fourth cup Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
6 sl Bacon
in an 11x7 inch baking dish, combine beans, One fourth cup pineapple juice, brown
sugar, rum, onion, instant coffee, and mustard. Let stand at room
temparature 1 hour. Arrange bacon slices on top of beans and pineapple
slices on top of bacon.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 1 One half hours.
