Recipe - Irishs Cream Liqueur

2 Eggs
1 1/3 cup Evaporated milk
One half teaspoon Chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 teaspoon Lemon ext
One fourth teaspoon Instant coffee
1 Three fourths cup Irish whiskey
Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well. Bottle and let mellow in
frig at least one week before serving. We found this best after 1 to 2
weeks. Store in frig. liqueur may be served at room temp by removing from
frig an hour or two before serving.
Use within 6 months.
