One half cup Water
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 One half cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Buttermilk powder
1 teaspoon Yeast
One fourth cup Raisins

MEDIUM CAPACITY MACHINE
2/3 cup Water
1 One fourth tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 1/3 tablespoon Sugar
2/3 teaspoon Salt
1/3 teaspoon Baking soda
1 1/3 teaspoon Caraway seeds
2 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoon Buttermilk powder
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
1/3 cup Raisins

LARGE CAPACITY MACHINE
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
3 cup Bread flour
3 tablespoon Buttermilk powder
2 One half teaspoon Yeast
One half cup Raisins

Put all ingredients except raisins into breadmaker. Press start. Add
raisins after first kneading.
