Recipe - Irish Soda Bread

One half cup Brandy
Three fourths cup Irish Whisky
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
2 cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Instant coffee
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Almond extract

Combine all ingredients in blender; mix well. Fill in bottle; cap. Store in
refrigerator. Yields: 34 ounces

CRAZY COYOTE’S Scottish Smoothie:

~ Variant on above drink Substitute 1) Scotch (a good blend) instead of
Irish Whisky 2) Bavarian Heavy Cream instead of whipping cream 3) One fourth cup
coffee liquor for the instant coffee

And to keep it on the chile theme.. Prairie Fire

1 shot tequila 4+ drops of Tabasco or your fav hot sauce.

Add hot sauce to the shot.. drink!
