Recipe - Irish Lamb Stewcp

1 One half pound Lamb; cut in2" cubes
4 cup Beef broth
1 tablespoon Shortening
3 md Potatoes; peel; sl thin
2 md Onions; chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 pack Frozen peas; 10 oz, thawed
One fourth teaspoon Celery seed
One fourth teaspoon Marjoram
6 tablespoon Flour
Combine all ingredients in crockpot except peas and flour. Cover and cook
on low for 810 hours or until meat and potatoes are done. Add peas, then
flour dissolved in One half cup cold water. Turn control to high; cover and cook
on high 1520 minutes. Makes 56 servings.
