Ingredients:
Iranian Shish Kebab recipe makes 12 Servings
1 One half pound Lamb
1 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Yogurt
One half Eggplant
1 Green pepper
1 Onions
Cut lamb in cubes and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme,
salt, pepper, and yogurt for 2 to 24 hours. Alternate on skewers
eggplant, green pepper, and onions. Cook rare.
