Recipe - Iowa Pea Salad

1 pack Peas frozen 16 oz
4 Cheese, cheddar
Cut in squares
One fourth cup Pickle juice sweet variety
2 Eggs, hard boiled
3/8 cup Mayonnaise
One fourth teaspoon Salt or to taste
Cook the peas for a maximum of three minutes and cool and drain. Combine
the peas, cheese, pickles, eggs and salt. Stir in the mayonnaise. (The
original recipe called for fresh peas originally but they're hard to get
now even when they're in season.)
