Recipe - Instead Of Frying Fish

1 pound Walleye, perch or pike
fillets
One fourth cup Milk
1 cup Potato chips, crushed
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese, grated
One fourth teaspoon Dried thyme
1 tablespoon Dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine, melted
Cut fish into servingsize pieces. Place milk in a shallow bowl. In another
shallow bowl, combine potato chips, Parmesan cheese and thyme. Dip fish in
milk, then coat with the potato chip mixture. Sprinkle a greased 8" square
baking dish with bread crumbs. Place fish over crumbs; drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered at 500 for 1214 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a
fork.
