2 cup Olive oil
One fourth Lemon ;One fourth of 1 lemon peel
;only coarsely chopped
One half cup Basil leaves ;coarsely chop
One fourth cup Parsely ;coarsely chopped
3 Garlic cloves ;peeled,crush
Combine all ingredients in a small bole or jar and allow to stand at room
temperature for 2 hours. Brush fish wiht the oil when grilling. The oil
will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
