Recipe - Indonesian Tofu With Peanut Butter

10 One half ounce Tofu; lowfat, firm
One fourth cup Peanut butter; reduced fat,
creamy
One fourth cup Water
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Honey
One fourth teaspoon Garlic
One fourth teaspoon Ginger
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Onion; grated
4 cup Cooked rice
In small bowl, combine ingred. except tofu and mix with a whisk. Slice tofu
into One half inch slices. Cover with marinate. Place in foodsaver container and
marinate for 30 min.
Remove from refrig. and let it stand at room temp for 30 minutes. Preheat
oven 350. Place tofu in a single layer on baking sheet and cover with
marinate. Bake uncovered 15 minute, then place under broiler until brown.
Serve over rice.
