Recipe - Indonesian Tofu Wpeanut Butter

Ingredients:

1 pound Tofu medium or firm
One fourth cup Peanut butter creamy
One fourth cup water
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Lemonjuice
2 teaspoon Honey or maple syrup
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Ginger
1 tablespoon Onion grated

slice tofu ito 1/2inch slices. DRain between layers of towels. Place tofu
in a single layer in a 7 x 11inch baking pan In a small bowl, combine
remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork or wire whsk until welblended.
Sprad mixture evenlyover tofu. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator and
let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 deg.

Bake tofu, uncovered, 15 minutes. Then place uner broiler and broil until
nicely browned.
