1 pound Beef tenderloin
MARINADE
2 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce*
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
3 tablespoon Hot vegetable oil
One half teaspoon Coriander
2 tablespoon Hot vegetable oil
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Sweet soy sauce*
FOR INDONESIAN SOY SAUCE (SW
1 cup Chinese or japanese soy
sauce
One half cup Molasses
Mix together marinate and pour over bitesize pieces of meat. Let marinate
for two hours. Thread bitesize portions of meat on bamboo sticks (do not
use metal). Charcoal until well done but not dry. Baste as necessary. Mix
only; no cooking.
