Recipe - Individual Spinach Quiche

1 pack Frozen spinach souffle, (12
oz.) thawed
1 cup Shredded swiss cheese, (4
oz.)
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoon Milk
One half teaspoon Curry powder
Tart Shells
1 pack Cream cheese, (3 oz.)
softened
One half cup Butter, softened
1 cup Allpurpose flour
FILLING Combine first 5 ingredients, and stir well; pour into prepared
pastry shells. Bake at 350¡ for 30 minutes.
FOR THE SHELL Combine cream cheese and butter; cream until smooth. Add
flour, mixing well. Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours.
Shape the dough into 24 (1inch) balls; put each ball into a paperlined 1
3/4inch muffin pan, and shape into a shell.
