Recipe - Indian Three Treasure

12 ounce StarKist Solid White or
Chunk Light Tuna; drained
; packed in spring water
2/3 cup Low fat mayonnaise or fat
free plain
; yogurt
1 One half teaspoon Mild curry blend or to taste
1 teaspoon Fresh ground cumin
1 teaspoon Mild chili powder
One fourth cup Sweet pickle relish or
chopped sweet
; gherkins
2 tablespoon Prepared yellow mustard
4 Boiled egg whites; (chopped)
Cayenne pepper; (HOT
optional)
Mix together ingredients to combine well. Add Cayenne to taste, if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for an hour or two to let flavors combine. Makes
about 3 cups.
Serve in a pita with assorted sprouts. May be stuffed in a cooked baked
potato, or cooked as a casserole with cheese sprinkled on top.
