Recipe - Indian Spice Mixture

1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
One half teaspoon Turmeric
1 small Dried hotchili pepper
One fourth teaspoon Powdered ginger
2 Whole cloves
1 pn Of allspice powder
Finely grind the mixture in a spice or coffee mill. Makes about One fourth cup
spice mix.
**Store leftover Indian Spice Mixture in an airtight jar in the
refrigerator. It can be used on broiled fish fillets, burritos or anything
you would like to make hot and spicy.
