Recipe - Indian Spice Mix

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Curry powder
2 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Turmeric
2 teaspoon Grated lemon rind (dried)
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves

Combine all. Store in airtight container. Yields 2/3 cup.

Mixes can be stored for up to three months. For longer storage, freeze.
