Ingredients:
Indian Muffins recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Shortening, melted
2 tablespoon Cornmeal, heaping
1 One half cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
Mix the egg, milk and shortening together. Combine with the sifted dry
ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in greased muffin tins at 450F about
