Recipe - Impossible Tuna Tomato Pie

6 1/8 ounce Can tuna in water; drain
Flake
1 md Tomato chopped
1/3 cup Mozzarella shredded
1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped or
1 teaspoon Dried
1 cup Reducedfat baking mix
4 Eggs whites or
One half cup Egg substitute
One half teaspoon Salt opt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

Heat oven to 400~. Lightly grease a pie plate. Sprinkle tuna, tomato,
cheese and basil evenly in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender
on high speed for 15 seconds or with a hand beater or wire whisk for one
minute until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake for about 30 minutes or
until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes
before serving.
