Recipe - Impossible Tuna Pie

6 One half ounce Tuna; drained
1 cup Sharp Am. Cheese; shredded
3 ounce Cream cheese; cut up
One fourth cup Green onions; cut or sliced up
2 ounce Pimiento; chopped;drained
2 cup Milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 Eggs
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 ds Nutmeg
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2". Mix tuna, cheeses,
onions and pimiento in plate. Beat trmaining ingred. 15 sec. in blender on
high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife
inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 3540 minutes. Cool 5
minutes. Serve with cut or sliced up tomatoes. Serves 68. VARIATIONS: Seafood pie:
Substitute 1 pkg (6 oz.) frozen crabmeat or shrimp, thawed, drained, for
the tuna. HIGH ALTITUDE: Bake 4550 minutes.
