Recipe - Impossible Quiche

3 Eggs
One half cup Bisquick
One half cup Melted butter or margarine
1 One half cup Milk (evap. preferred)
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 cup Shredded cheese (Tillamook
is best!)
One half cup Ham or cooked bacon
Combine all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender container. Whir a
few seconds to mix. Pour into greased 9inch piepan. Sprinkle meat and
cheese on top and push down into mixture with back of spoon. Bake at 350
degrees for 5560 minutes or until golden brown on top. Optional: Add
cut or sliced up mushrooms and/or chopped green onions with meat.
This recipe was given to me by a friend, and it is really, really good.
