1 pound Ground beef
1 One half cup Onion; chopped
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 One half cup Milk
Three fourths cup Buttermilk baking mix; (such
as bisquick)
3 Eggs
2 Tomatoes; cut or sliced up
1 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
Recipe by: Tampa Bay Online Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10inch pie
plate. Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in
plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake
25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 8 minutes
more or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6
