Recipe - Impossible Ham And Broccoli Pie

2 cn Ham; drained
10 ounce Broccoli; frozen, rinsed and
drained
1 One half cup Cheddar cheese; grated
1 cup Milk
3 Eggs
One half cup Bisquick¨ baking mix
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Thyme
SAVOURY TOPPING
One half cup Bisquick¨ baking mix
One fourth cup Almonds; cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoon Margarine
Heat oven to 400¡ F. Grease 10 x 1 One half inch fluted pie plate. Mix ham,
broccoli and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except Savoury
Topping, until smooth (15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with beater). Pour
into plate. Bake 20 minutes.
For topping, mix Bisquick, almonds, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Cut
in margarine.
Sprinkle pie with topping. Bake until knife inserted in centre comes out
clean, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
Per serving: 522 Calories; 28g Fat (45% calories from fat); 36g Protein;
40g Carbohydrate; 156mg Cholesterol; 1291mg Sodium
NOTES : I used cubed fresh ham and fresh broccoli
