1 pack (10oz) frozen green peas
2 tablespoon Diced pimiento
1 cup Cubed fully cooked smoked
ham
1/3 cup Halfandhalf
2 Eggs
One half cup Bisquick baking mix
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
Paprika
Heat oven to 375 degrees Grease pie plate, 9x1One fourth inches. Rinse peas under
cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimiento and ham in
plate. Beat half and half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth,
15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour in plate;
sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake until knife inserted in center comes
out clean., about 35 min. 4 servings. Note: High altitude directions 3500
to 6500 feet increase half and half to One half C. Bake 40 to 45 min.
