Recipe - Impossible Chocolate Nut Pie

1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 One ounce
Chocolate melted, cooled
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth cup Margarine
1 cup Packed brown sugar
One half cup Buttermilk baking mix
1 cup Chopped pecans
Whipped topping or whipped
Cream
Squares unsweetened
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 10" pie pan. Beat in blender for 1 minute: milk,
eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla, margarine, brown sugar and baking mix.
Pour into pie pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 F. for 30
minutes or until set. Serve with whipped cream.
