2 cup Cooked minced chicken
One half cup Peas and carrots
One fourth cup Mushroom pieces
1 1/3 cup Milk
4 x Eggs
Three fourths cup Bisquick
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Heat oven to 400. Grease a ten inch pie plate. Mix chicken, peas, carrots,
mushrooms and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients in blender
until smooth. (15 seconds) Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400 for 3035
minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
