Recipe - Impossible Chicken Parmigiana Pie

Three fourths cup Creamed cottage cheese
(small curd)
1/3 cup Parmesan; grated
1 One half cup Chicken; cooked cutup
5 ounce Mozzarella ; shredded
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Organo, dried
One half teaspoon Basil, dried
6 ounce Tomato paste
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Bisquick baking mix
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Layer cottage cheese and
Parmesan cheese in the pie plate. Mix chicken, onehalf cup of the
mozzarella, the garlic powder, oregano, basil and tomato paste. Spoon over
Parmesan cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients in a blender on high speed
15 seconds, with a hand beater one minute or until smooth. Pour into a pie
plate. Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake five to
eight minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool five minutes.
