Recipe - Impossible Apple Pie

One fourth cup Butter; melted
4 Eggs
3 One half cup Sliced; peeled cooking
apples
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Cream
1 pn Salt
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 One half teaspoon Almond extract
1 One fourth cup Sifted flour
One half cup Granulated sugar
2 tablespoon Sliced almonds; toasted
Powdered sugar
Grease a 10inch quiche pan or pie pan. Smooth the fruit into a neat.

vanilla nd almond extract in a mixer or food processor. Blend until smooth.
With a wooden spoon, beat in flour and granulated sugar. Pour over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 4045 minutes or until batter rises and puffs and a
knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm, sprinkled with
almonds and powdered sugar.
