Recipe - Idaho Potatoes Bolognese

3 sl Bacon, pieces
One half cup Chopped onion
1 Stalk celery cut or sliced up
1 Carrot cut or sliced up
1 pound Ground beef
1 pack (5.5 oz) au gratin mix
1 One half cup Beef broth
2/3 cup Water
2/3 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Tomato paste
One half teaspoon Lemon rind
This is a very rich recipe, sometimes a tad greasy, but the taste is
wonderful.
In medium skillet cook bacon til lightly brown. Add onion, celery adn
carrot, cook til tender. Stir in ground beef and cook til brown. Add
remaining ingredients and bring to boiling. Turn into buttered 2 quart
baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees farenheit for 3035 minutes or til
