Recipe - Iced Benedictine Souffle

4 tablespoon Espresso
Ice
1 tablespoon Chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon Cherry syrup
One half tablespoon Coconut syrup
16 tablespoon Cold milk
Whipped cream; for topping
Shaved chocolate; for
topping
1 Cherry; for garnish
Pour espresso into 12ounce glass filled with ice. Add syrups and milk and
stir. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, shaved chocolate and
garnish with cherry. Makes 1 serving.
Per serving: 294 calories, 17 grams fat (53 percent fat from calories), 54
milligrams cholesterol, 9 grams protein, 28 grams carbohydrate, 143
milligrams sodium.
