Recipe - Ice Cream Shop Pie

1 One half cup Cold milk; halfandhalf or
light cream
1 pack (4serving size) JELLO
Instant Pudding & Pie
Filling
1 Tub (8 ounces) COOL WHIP
Whipped Topping; thawed
1 Prepared crumb crust; (6
ounces)
Favorite ice cream flavors in a quicktomake pie. Instant pudding & pie
filling and whipped topping provide the base for these delectable freezer
pies with a variety of stir in ingredients.
POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.
Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
FREEZE 6 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature or in
refrigerator 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily.
GARNISH as desired. Makes 8 servings
CookiesandCream Pie: Use JELLO Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie
Filling and chocolate crumb crust. Stir in 1 cup chopped chocolate sandwich
cookies with whipped topping.
Rocky Road Pie: Use JELLO Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
and chocolate crumb crust. Stir in 1/3 cup each BAKER'S SemiSweet Real
Chocolate Chips, miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts with whipped
topping. Serve with chocolate sauce, if desired.
Peanut Butter Pie: Use JELLO Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
and graham cracker crumb crust. Reduce milk to 1 cup and add 1/ 2 cup
peanut butter with pudding mix. Serve with chocolate sauce and chopped
peanuts, if desired.
