1 pack (3.4oz) instant vanilla
pudding mix
2 cup Cold milk
2 cup Whipped topping
1 pack (6oz) miniature semisweet
chocolate chips
48 Graham cracker squares

Mix pudding and milk according to package directions and refrigerate until
set. Fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham
crackers (break crackers in half only) on a baking sheet; top each with
about 3 tablespoons of the filling. Place another graham craker (another
half) on top. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm. Wrap individually in plastic
wrap; freeze. Serve sandwiches frozen. Yield: 2 dozen.
