Recipe - Ice Cream Pudding

1 pack Instant pudding mix; your
favorite flavor
1 cup Cold milk
2 cup Softened ice cream; one that
compliments the pudding
Fresh fruit

In mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk on low for 1 minute. Fold in ice
cream until smooth. Spoon into dishes. Chill for at least an hour. Garnish
with fruit

* I am using vanilla pudding/ice cream with fresh blueberries.
