Recipe - I Yam What I Yam Bread

FOR 1 One half POUND LOAF
One half cup Milk
1 Egg
One half cup Drained & chopped canned
yams
3 cup Bread flour
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half tablespoon Butter or margerine
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1/3 cup Mini marshmallows
1 One half teaspoon Yeast Welbilt/Dak machines
(use 2 tsp. yeast)

3/8 cup Milk
1 Egg
One fourth cup Drained & chopped canned
yams
2 cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter or margerine
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth cup Mini marshmallows
1 One half teaspoon Yeast Welbilt/Dak machines
(use 2 tsp. yeast)
Here is a great one for the bread machine. It comes out so soft and fresh.
This one is a big hit!
FROM: BREAD MACHINE MAGIC Linda Rehberg & Lois Conway
Place all ingredients in bread pan and press start. After baking cycle
ends, remove from bread pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool one hour
before slicing. CRUST: REGULAR MENUE SELECTION: BAKE
