4 pound Ground pork
2 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon Black pepper
Three fourths teaspoon Mace
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Cloves
One half teaspoon Allspice
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. One half cup hot water to meat to
gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
