Recipe - Hungarian Style Goulash-2

3 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Salt
2 pound Onions, cut or sliced up thin
2 pound Stew Beef, cut 1" cubes
One fourth cup Paprika
12 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sour Cream
4 cup Egg Noodles, medium
Directions: In 5 qt. Dutch oven over med heat cook onions in butter until
lightly browned. Add meat, paprika and salt. Reduce heat to low. Cover.
Simmer until the meat is tender (1 One half 2 hrs.). Stir in the sour cream.
Heat through (but don't let it boil).
Serve over hot, buttered, noodles.
