Recipe - Hungarian Stuffed Green Peppers

3 Very large green peppers; or
6 medium
1 Onion; chopped
1 pound Ground pork; or mild pork
sausage
1 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Cooked rice
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Egg; slightly beaten
8 ounce Tomato sauce
Remove stem and seeds from peppers. Brown onion and ground pork until not
pink. Drain fat. Remove from heat. Add salt, rice, paprika and egg. Lightly
fill peppers. Arrange in baking dish and pour on tomato sauce. Bake in 375
F. oven for 1 hour. Can parboil peppers in Micro. for 34 minutes before
filling and do final cooking in Microwave for 2025 minutes. MC formatting
