Recipe - Hungarian Dumplings (Galuska)

1 cup Flour; sifted
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 Egg; well beaten
One half cup Milk
1 teaspoon Butter; melted
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and butter; add gradually
to flour, stirring until dough is smooth and no longer sticks to spoon.
Break off pieces of dough about 1 in long and One half in thick and drop into
rapidly boiling water; boil covered, for 12 to 15 minutes.
