Recipe - Hungarian Cucumber Salad

3 Cucumbers; Thinly cut or sliced up
1 cup Sugar
Salt
One half cup Vinegar
Sour cream ( optional )
1 teaspoon Paprika
Black pepper; to taste
1. Place thinly cut or sliced up cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and
sugar.
2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.
3. Squeeze out all the liquid.
4. Add vinegar, pepper.
5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.
NOTES : Without the cream may be kept a week in the fridge. unmold
