Ingredients:
Humus Hot Dip recipe makes 1 Servings
1/3 cup Oil
One fourth cup Parsley
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 Cloves garlic; (2 to 4)
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
One fourth teaspoon Cumin
Mix well. Drain 20 ounce can chic beans. Reserve small amount of liquid; to
add in.
