Recipe - Hummus Tamales

1 Basic Masa Dough recipe
18 Corn husks
FILLING
3 cup Chickpeas; cooked
One half cup Sesame tahini
6 tablespoon Vinegar, brown rice
3 Garlic cloves; minced
3 tablespoon Parsley, fresh; chopped
2 tablespoon Tamari
To make filling:
Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste. Add a
bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
Fill and cook tamales according to "Tamales: Basic Procedure".
