Recipe - Hummingbird Cake

3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon B soda
2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half cup Oil
3 Eggs, beaten
1 One half cup Pineapple (crushed & undrain
1 One half cup Bananas
1 cup Nuts
One half cup Coconut

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs & oil then stir into dry ingredients. Add
vanilla, pineapple, bananas & nuts. Makes a 3layer cake in 9" pans. Bake
350 deg for 30 min. Cool & frost with cream cheese icing.
