Recipe - Hot Wings (Real Hot!!)

One half cup Honey
1 ounce Tobasco sauce
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half cup Mustard (prepared)
3 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
One fourth cup Cider vinegar
One half cup Catsup
1 ounce Sour mash whiskey
2 Cloves garlic
2 ounce Thoung ot thout (Vietnamese
hot chili garlic sauce;
available in Asian markets)
2 tablespoon Peanut oil

Mix all ingredients until blended. Heat until mixture starts to slightly
bubble, remove from heat. Brush sauce liberally on wings during grilling
or baking. After cooking, baste thoroughly with sauce, one last time.

Sometimes I use this in addition to the ShakeNBake barbeque mix for
chicken.
