Recipe - Hot White Chocolate Mocha

One half cup Chopped white chocolate
1 tablespoon Instant espresso powder
1 One half cup Hot milk
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon or sifted cocoa

Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk and
vanilla. Blend until frothy.

Pour the hot chocolate into mugs an dust with cinnamon or cocoa. *Lower Fat
Version: Use lowfat milk.
