Recipe - Hot Wassail

4 cup Unsweetened apple juice;
3 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice;
2 cup Cranberry juice cocktail;
One fourth teaspoon Ground nutmeg;
1 Cinnamon stick;
3 Whole cloves;
Lemon slices;
Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and simmer for 10
minutes. Serve hot.
One half cup serving 65 calories, 1 fruit exchange 16 grams
carbohydrate, 0 protein, 0 fat, 3 mg sodium, 128 mg potassium, 0 chol.
